Good food, good service! They weren't busy on the Saturday night at 630 when we came in. Got seated right away. Our server was a younger kid that made a couple minor mistakes but he was new and polite so it didn't bother us. We order onion rings and holy cow are they good! They're huge, first of all! Second, they're perfectly crispy and salty. Third, and most importantly, the onion doesn't get slimy and run all over. My friend said his prime rib entree was good "but not the best" he's ever had. I had a loaded baked potato. It had bacon, cheddar cheese and large, juicy chunks of chicken slathered in Buffalo sauce. Delicious, savory and spicy! My girlfriend had chicken tenders which were also very good. Crispy, savory and tender.

I was curious about this place and I was glad I knew the shortcut and avoided all the traffic on Main street coming back. I ordered the goosey burger. I don't get the bun anymore and told them I'd like to have it in lettuce. Well, there wasn't enough to hold it and a waiter hunted down two big pieces of iceberg for me. I didn't like the spicy mayo on it, so I should have just gotten it plain. We started with the beer cheese soup. It was the oddest one I ever had. It was very dark which I wasn't sure down to the beer. It had a sweet under-taste. It was chunky, but you weren't sure what you're eating. It wasn't bad though. Basil got the penne that I sampled and it was okay. The service is very friendly. The AC was perfect not too cold. I could see why folks would be regulars here.

Came here in between lumbaryard games. Great food, incredibly family friendly. Free football football classic video games for kids. Good beer specials. I got mushroom burger. Kids got chicken tenders that were amazing. Really liked the fries. I finished with the cheesecake. Delicious. Highly recommend!

After a couple of years I returned to try some dinner items - again - a solid 5 star experience! The two of us ordered a bunch of food and some drinks. Every bite of our food was excellent. I have no criticisms whatsoever. Norman Quack's has a full bar with some interesting beer selections and a wide variety of specialty cocktails. And they have a big selection of American style foods including lots of steaks, various fish options, soups, burgers, and desserts. The service - again - was spot on. We happened to be waited on by the general manager. She was awesome. Like everyone else, Quack's is short staffed. We were there in the afternoon and they were busy as hell. Amazingly, the whole place was being run by only 4 people! That includes the general manager working as a server (and the bartender) and the owner was one of the two cooks. Wow - talk about hard work! These people obviously know what they're doing. I'd come back here again any time. You really can't go wrong if you go to Norman Quack's. - Maxx

This place is no frills but decent food. Surprisingly good chicken tenders! They always have new beers on tap which is a plus.
